Started doing your 10-minute mobility mornings about 18 months ago after hurting my knees in a bike accident. Proud to say I can deep squat without my knees screaming. Been using your videos as a warm-up for cslisthenics and now for my jogging. Thanks for helping this 52-year-old man feel a bit more mobile. Love the music and love the new wave too. Boom 💥

Hi Julia, I dont quite get the standing knee CARs, theres not much movement in either the ankle or hip, it feels like another movmeent will be move effective...? I like everything else, will try tomorrow morning! 🙏
Have you done other knee CAR exercises? The goal is to rotate the knee joint within its capsule, using your hamstring muscles, and explore that mobility. So you shouldn’t feel a great deal of movement in either your hip or ankle joints, they are accessories in ankle CARs, so great start. 👍 Activating the rotary “feature” of knees can be hard for us, but it is totally worth the effort. Another way to level up our knee health!
@kjones2008 is spot on! Not much movement happening here since the knee is a stabilizer in the body so has only limited range of motion. No movement in the hips or ankles wanted. 😇 I have a full body CARs routine coming next week that includes a voice over! I know these can be hard to follow with no talking so. 😊
